Yuzu Whiskey (L)

Fragrant and tart yuzu puree mixed with a smooth and floral Japanese whiskey, the Tottori and 66% dark chocolate. All in perfect balance with a fresh aftertaste. |

Rosemary Olive Oil

Perfectly smooth, fresh rosemary infused dark chocolate ganache with peppery olive oil from Martinborough. The shell is dark chocolate for a nice dark chocolate finish. |

Blackcurrant (V) |
Vibrant blakcurrant pate de fruit layered with liquorice root and salmiac powder infused dark chocolate ganache. Rich and fruity with an intriguing aftertaste. Vegan. |
