SILVER Medal Winner at the 2024 Outstanding Food Producer Awards

Created in collaboration with the Friends of the Wellington Botanic Garden, the Botanical Collection is a small batch of herb infused chocolates. It's an ongoing project, herbs might change with the seasonal suggestions of the Botanic Garden team.
We loved working with the Friends and appreciated their input and support at every step. A portion of each sale is donated to the Friends so they continue their support of the Garden.
Rosemary & Sea Salt: Fragrant rosemary from the Botanic Garden enhanced with NZ sea salt from Taipa Salt Pig. Beautiful combination that marries well with the fruity notes of dark chocolate.
Thyme & Lemon: Pungent flavour of thyme from the Botanic Garden gives a savoury taste to this bar as the sweet lemon uplifts all the aromas.
Chamomile & Orange: A floral and fruity dark chocolate bar with a smooth herbal after taste.
