Seasonal Collection flavours are :

Cherry Almond

Intense burst of cherry complemented with almond paste freshly made in our chocolate kitchen and rich dark chocolate. Sour cherry is surprisingly nice companion for almonds. All wrapped in dark chocolate shell.

Bergamot

Our favourite citrus fruit with an intense and vibrant flavour, layered with fruity dark chocolate. We infuse Earl grey tea in the dark chocolate ganache to intensify the after taste. The shell is dark chocolate for a nice dark chocolate finish.

Blackcurrant (V)

Vibrant blakcurrant pate de fruit layered with liquorice root and salmiac powder infused dark chocolate ganache. Rich and fruity with an intriguing aftertaste. Vegan.

Manuka

Manuka infused dark chocolate ganache layered with a drop of Manuka Honey. Rich cacao taste of Sao Tome dark chocolate complemented by the sweetness of fragrant Manuka Honey. Dark chocolate shell balances the sweetness of honey ganache.

Salted Caramel

Rich and buttery salted caramel balanced with 66% São Tomé dark chocolate. Infused vanilla pods add a layer of complexity. Dark chocolate shell.

Tiramisu (L)

A classic favourite dessert in a bonbon. Espresso layered with mascarpone and amaretto white chocolate ganache and crunchy ladyfinger biscuits.
